How NBA TV works now

The 2025-26 rights era, explained once

The NBA's TV map got redrawn in 2025 — games now live across two networks, three streamers, a league channel, and whatever your local market does. Three questions sort it out, and every game page here lists the exact feeds.

Local broadcasts

In-market only

Every non-national game still has a local feed — an RSN for some teams (FanDuel Sports Networks, YES, and friends), free over-the-air TV plus a team app for a growing number (MavsTV, Jazz+, BlazerVision). Either way it only works inside the team's home turf, which is why game pages mark these feeds in-market.

Radio

SiriusXM has a national call for nearly every game, and every team has its own radio broadcast in market. Game pages list both.
