Tobe Awaka

Day-To-DayKnee — LegEst. return Oct 21

Awaka (knee) is out for Friday's preseason finale versus Minnesota, K.C. Johnson of Chicago Sports Network reports.

Awaka will miss Chicago's final two preseason games due to the knee injury, but for what it's worth, head coach Tiago Splitter said he's "close" to a return. The Bulls open their season on Oct. 21 in Toronto, and for now, Awaka should be considered questionable for that one.
