Williams has been diagnosed with a dislocated left ankle and fractured fibula, which will require surgery, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Williams suffered the gruesome injury during Sunday's matchup against the Clippers and needed to be stretched off the court after a drive to the rim. He's expected to miss a significant chunk of the 2026-27 season while recovering, but the Thunder should have a better idea of a timeline for his return following surgery.
